| CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Currently seeking a Commercial Assistant Team Leader with excellent customer service and team leadership skills to join our Commercial Operations team in South Bend, Indiana. As a Commercial Assistant Team Leader, this position is the focal point of contact for our customers. This position manages relationships with business accounts and is responsible for order entry, product allocation, delivery, initiation and returns along with problem solving including pricing, credit and delivery in a global environment. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of three years of customer service experience in an automated environment with a high level of customer service contact. Strong leadership tendencies required with prior Team Leader experience preferred. Excellent communications skills, strong telephone skills and strong customer service attitude. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required, SAP or (ERP) experience highly desired.
